[OT] Google sucks (or: Google likes me)

[Followup to href="http://weblogs.asp.net/asanto/archive/2004/04/26/120675.aspx"> size=2>yesterday’s post]

Some of my posts are getting really high rankings on
Google. Examples:

  • href="http://weblogs.asp.net/asanto/archive/2003/11/24/39532.aspx">The post on
sharepoint development: #1 result on Google for
    “sps development “

  • href="http://weblogs.asp.net/asanto/archive/2003/04/17/5782.aspx">The post
on a matrix joke: #1 result on Google for
    “matrix jokes”

  • href="http://weblogs.asp.net/asanto/archive/2003/11/24/39532.aspx">The post
on the behavior of SelectSingleNode: #5 on Google for “SelectSingleNode”
    (right after MSDN at #3 & #4)

It is a bit scary that Google thinks my blog is more
relevant than Microsoft.com for “sps development”…
It
really is true that weblogs are
naturally-occuring
googlebombs.
