Point8020 has released free SharePoint 2010 end user training that you can access from https://www.point8020.com/SharePointEndUserTraining.aspx. It includes 50 short videos for end-users & site administrators covering a number of different common tasks.

These videos are consumable, easy to navigate and free!

I highly recommend checking it out. Point8020 plans to release many more end-user training videos covering all aspects of SharePoint later this half!
