Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 04/09 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/09, 8:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/09, 7:50 UTC and that during 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue approximately 5% of customers experienced data access issues in the Azure Portal and in the App Analytics Portal.
