We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/31, 05:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/31, 04:45 UTC and that during the 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 5% of customers would have experienced data access issues in
South Central
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issues with the back-end storage service in the South Central region.
