We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/05, 12:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/05, 11:40 UTC and that during the 25 minutes that it took to resolve the issue around 9% of customers might have experienced data access issues.

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our dependent platform services.
