Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 02/14 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/14, 09:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/14, 09:00 UTC and that during the 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue around 9% of customers experienced data access issues while accessing through azure portal. 

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our dependent platform services.
