Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 01/22 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/22, 04:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/22, 03:20 UTC and that during the 1 hour and 10 minutes that it took to resolve the issue approximately 10 % of customers experienced data access issues.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our dependent platform services.
