Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 12/29 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 12/29, 21:03 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 12/29, 20:31 UTC and that during the 32 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 5% of customers experienced data access issue while accessing through azure portal.
