We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/18, 21:50 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/18, 21:05 UTC and that during the 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers would have experienced Data Access issues in Azure Portal. All Data Types were affected.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to back-end service responsible for processing configuration data became unhealthy.
