We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/21, 02:55 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/21, 02:30 UTC and that during the 25 minutes that it took to resolve the issue approximately 6% of customers experienced errors loading Application Insights data in Azure and App Analytics portals.
  • Root Cause: The issue is due to issues in one of our back-end services, which is responsible for data retrieval.
