We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/17, 02:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/17, 01:00 UTC and that during the 1 hour 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers would have experienced failures in getting metric based alerts
