Experiencing Data Gaps for Metric Data Type – 05/15 – Resolved

This is a retroactive notification for an incident in Application Insights. We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of  05/15, 07:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/15, 05:45 UTC and that during the 1 hour 20 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, Some customers whose data was sent to North Europe region would have experienced data loss for aggregated data types.

We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
