We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/13, 10:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/13, 10:00 UTC and that during the 25 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, around 6% of customers would have experienced Data Access Issues in the Azure Portal.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our dependent platform services.
