Application Insights is aware that customers may not have received any of their configured alerts between 04/07, 20:11 UTC and 04/07, 21:38 UTC. We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/07, 21:38 UTC.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to a failure during a planned configuration update which caused a break in the alerting pipeline.
- Lessons Learned: We are investigating additional telemetry during these kinds of changes in order to prevent a reoccurrence.
