Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 03/09 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/09, 03:56 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/09, 12:26 UTC and that during the 3 hours that it took to resolve the issue all Live Metric Stream customers would experience viewing Live Metric Stream data. Please refresh browser cache (CTRL + F5), if you still experiencing any issues with Live Metric Stream feature.

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issues with Live Metric Stream service, caused by the latest service deployment.
