Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 02/27 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/27, 11:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/27, 10:45 UTC and that during the 1 hours that it took to resolve the issue 10% of customers would have experienced failures while querying data using Application Insights and Application Analytics services.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in our storage services.
