Experiencing Alerting failure for Availability Data Type – 01/27 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/27, 02:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/27, 00:00 UTC and that during the 2 hours & 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers, who had their web tests configured in Moscow location, experienced availability data gaps.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to problems with network maintenance in Moscow datacenter.
  • Lessons Learned: Pending full RCA from networking team.
