This is a retroactive notification for an incident in Application Insights. We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/04, 13:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/04, 13:00 UTC and that during the 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, Customers would have experienced data access issues while accessing their resources through azure portal.
We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
