We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 12/03, 01:10 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 12/02, 20:00 UTC and during that window a very small number of customers would have experienced incomplete data while using Live Metric Stream.

  • Root Cause: The root cause of issue is under investigation at the moment but issue has been fully mitigated.
