Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 10/31 – Resolved

We have had an issue with one of our services which would have caused some customers to face some errors when accessing the Portal. We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/31, 03:32 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/31, 02:00 UTC and that during the 1.5 hour that it took to resolve the issue about 8% of customers would have experienced errors when accessing the portal.
