We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 08/24, 3:20 AM UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08/22, 7:30 PM UTC and that during the 32 hours that issue existed, limited number of customers experienced alerting failures.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to the configuration changes to one of the back end services.
  • Incident Timeline: 32 Hours  – 08/22, 7:30 PM UTC through 08/24, 3:20 AM UTC
