We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 08/15, 22:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08/15, 21:55 UTC and that during 20 minutes that it took to resolve the issue most of customers might have experienced no data available in their availability reports.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to downtime in dependent storage service that impacted our availability services.
