Experiencing Data Latency for Many Data Types – 07/08 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 7/7, 02:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 7/7, 00:50 UTC and that during the 1 hour, 10 mins that it took to resolve the issue small percentage of customers would have experienced latency when accessing data which is more than 2 months old. Rest of the data is not latent.
  • Root Cause: Complete RCA is pending from the team.
