We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/02, 11:22 PM UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/02, 8:26 PM UTC and that during the 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers experienced data latency affecting some of the data types.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue within a back end service causing the slow processing of data.
  • Lessons Learned: We have collected logs that we will use to further diagnose the issue and work on improvements that will reduce incidents like this in the future.
