Experiencing Alerting failure for Performance Counter Data Type – 06/14 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/14, 23:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/14, 22:50 UTC and that during the 50 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 100% of customers who used Live Metric Stream feature, wouldn’t be able to see their live metric stream data in Azure portal.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to recent deployment. We are still investigating full RCA.
