Starting at approximately 4/30 01:00 UTC, some customers may have experienced data loss when using the Live Metrics blade within the Azure portal. We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 4/30, 18:35 UTC.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to backend communication issues.
- Lessons Learned: Our engineers are reviewing the captured telemetry to add resiliency to the service to prevent these failures from reoccurring in the future.
