Experiencing Data Gaps for Many Data Types – 04/02 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/02, 03:16 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/02, 02:00 UTC and that during the 1 hour 16 Minutes window that it took to resolve the issue customers would have experienced data gaps. 
  • Root CauseThe failure was due to azure network issue in South East Asia and the issue got mitigated once the network issue is resolved
  • Lessons Learned: We have collected telemetry logs and identified steps to be taken to avoid these kind of scenarios in future.
