We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 3/19, 14:37 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 3/19, 13:37 UTC and that during the 1 hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers might have experienced data latency for all data types.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to the deployment in one of our Application Insights pipeline. As the new deployed bits were having issues, we reverted back to old bits.
  • Lessons Learned: We have collected telemetry logs and identified steps to be taken to avoid these kind of scenarios in future.
