Experiencing Data Latency for Many Data Types – 02/02 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 2/2, 21:20 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 2/2, 20:20 UTC and that during the 1 hour that it took to resolve the issue, customers may have experienced latency when querying for Application Insights data.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to upgrade activities which unintentionally caused slow processing for customer data.
  • Lessons Learned: Our DevOps team understands the issue with the upgrade activity and will be issuing a hotfix for the problem to permanently resolve the issue.
