We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/28, 05:51 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/28, 03:12 UTC and that during the 2 Hours 39 Minutes that it took to resolve the issue 20% of customers experienced data gaps for trace data.
  • Root Cause: There was a configuration issue which once fixed that mitigated the impact.
  • Lessons Learned: We have collected telemetry logs which Devops team will use to root cause the current issue.
