Experiencing Data Latency for Many Data Types – 01/26 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 00:00 UTC. Our logs show that during the impacted period customers experienced data latency for multiple data types.

Root cause has been isolated to increased traffic which was impacting processing pipeline. To address this issue we have scale out couple of processing components and also enabled sampling on the few apps. Data processing is is now working as expected. Some customers may continue to experience latency until complete recovery.

Our DevOps team continues to investigate issues within Application Insights. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to experience data latency. We have deployed couple of hotfixes to improve the proceeding speed
