We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/22 23:50 UTC . Our logs show the incident started on 01/22 20:46 UTC and that during the 3 hours that it took to resolve the issue 20% of customers experienced intermittent data loss of their webtest data.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue with a backend dependency.
  • Lessons Learned: We have collected logs and are working with the dependency to prevent this in the future.
