Experiencing Data Latency for Many Data Types – 11/24 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/24, 07:50 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/24, 07:02 UTC and that during the 48 minutes that it took to resolve the issue small percentage  of customers experienced data latency issues with multiple data types.

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to network issue in West Europe region to one of the dependent services.
  • Lessons Learned: We are continually working on improvements to mitigation and resolution strategies and technology
