We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/21, 1:20 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/20, 23:30 UTC and that during the 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue customers experienced latency outside of the 2 hour SLA across multiple data types.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to slow calls into one of our dependent services.
  • Lessons Learned: We are working with the dependent team on longer term resolutions for this issue.
