We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/15, 5:50 AM UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/15, 03:39 AM UTC and that during the 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue few of customers experienced latency for metadata for new custom dimensions.
