We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/19/2015, 18:54 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/19/2015, 18:33 UTC and that during the 21 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers may have experienced data access issues when attempting to open the availability blades in the Azure portal.
  • Root Cause: The failure was related to a an update that was rolled back. Our engineering teams are reviewing the available telemetry to understand root cause.
