Experiencing Issue with multi step Web Test – 10/9 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/10, 02:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 2015/10/09 21:30
UTC  and that during the 5 hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers were not able to edit or delete multi step web tests. The fix has been deployed and the web test editing is now working as expected.

Root Cause: The failure was due to a recent change to the system.

We are aware of an issue within Application Insights and are actively working on fix to deploy. Some customers may experience issue while editing or deleting multi step web tests. We understand the root cause and it is due to recent change we deployed. Alerting functionality is working as expected , impact is limited to any change or deletion in configured web test due to this bug.
