We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/5, 21:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/5, 19:51 UTC and ended on 10/5,21:00 UTC.

Root Cause: The failure was due to configuration change in our system.
Lessons Learned: We understand the root cause & adequate steps will be taken to avoid this type of issue while doing configuration changes.
