We have confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 9/10, 13:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 9/10, 11:45 UTC and that during the 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue few of customers experienced latency when accessing the Metric & Request Data types..
