Experiencing Configuration failure – 9/9 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/09/2015 20:45 UTC. Our telemetry shows that the impact was limited to only 2 customers. Issue was mitigated by releasing the faulty lock caused by earlier configuration changes.

We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

We are aware of issues within Application Insights and are actively investigating. Some customers might experience failure while making new configuration changes.  Existing configurations are working fine.
