Experiencing Data Latency for Page View Data Type – 8/1 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 08/01, 18:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 08/01, 17:30 UTC and that during the 1 hour that it took to resolve the issue approximately 5% of customers experienced data latency over 2 hours for Page View data type.

Root Cause: The failure was due to network connectivity issues between our back end services.
Lessons Learned: Pending full RCA.
