We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/10, 17:38 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/10, 16:46 UTC and that during the 52 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers experienced data gaps for their request data

Root Cause: The failure was due to an unexpected error within one our processing services.
Lessons Learned: We have collected diagnostic data for further investigation of this issue and added further monitoring.
