Experiencing Data Latency for Request Data Type – 6/8 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 6/8, 23:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 6/8, 18:00 UTC and that during the 5 hours that it took to resolve the issue ~3% of customers experienced 5 hours of latency in the Request data stream.

Root Cause: We are still working on confirming the root cause, however current hypothesis is related to slow processing on a subset of our machine in this pool.
