We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 5/10, 01:23 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 5/9, 03:00 UTC and that during the 3 hours that it took to resolve the issue, most of our customers would have experienced latency outside of SLA for Dependency Data Type .

Root Cause: The failure was root caused to backend connection issues with the caching system that we use in our components.
