Data Access issue with Data Stream Service – 2/6 – Resolved

We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact and our monitors are healthy as of 2/6/2015 21:00 UTC. Our deep investigation found that it was a monitoring issue instead of service side issue. We have deployed a hotfix to address the monitoring issue. 

We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and appreciate the understanding.

We are actively investigating issues with Data stream Query Service .Some customers may not see any data for approx. 1% of total queries while querying their application data. We confirm that there is no data loss ; Impact is limited to data access. We are currently working on hotfix deployment for fast mitigation.
