There are some really sweet videos over on the asp.net site to help kick start users of VSTS. The videos are typically 8-10 minutes long and to-the-point. Very useful for those that are looking for quick starters or help with a specific scenario. Personally, I love these kind of videos as compared to the lengthy hour long tutorials and talks. Short and fast - gets me started right away.
