New XPS Spec in time for Christmas - 0.8 live today

Yes, un-like the Xbox guys, we have the latest XPS spec available in time for Christmas with un-limitted quantities in stock.  The 0.8 version of the XPS and Open Packaging Conventions spec is posted here.  Info on what is new in the spec is up on the XPS team blog. Also, the December CTP of WinFX also went live earlier this week.

This also is the first time we have posted the XPS spec in XPS format!  A great subtle milestone that we can now distribute the XPS spec in the format itself.
