Live streaming of the PDC Conference

This year's PDC is a groundbreaking event that includes live streaming of the keynotes, as well as concurrent live streaming of sessions.

Test out your Windows Phone 7 apps.

Have you been working on a Windows Phone 7 application and want to test it on a real phone?  We will have phones available to test out your applications and games.

Bring your laptop and try out some of the Windows Phone 7 Hands-on labs.

New to Windows Phone 7 Development?  Bring your laptop and try out the hands-on-labs with experts around to help you out.  Be sure you have Visual Studio 2010.  It would also be helpful to download the Windows Phone 7 developer tools ahead of time (http://developer.windowsphone.com/).

The PDC was great when it started, but once we switched to the Cloud 9 i slowly started losing interest until I figured I go do something else 😉

Perhaps they should've offer to do some Windows Phone 7 hands on labs, or do something more interactive… but that's my 2 cents.

There were a couple great things mentioned like Team Foundation on the cloud and the asynchronous development libraries for .NET and it would've been great if there could've been more information available for those that cared about some of the presentations 🙂

Other than that, thanks for the presentation and the sandwiches, and sorry that you had to stand up for so long while presenting ;p

    Take care,

    Eduardo Favio

Thanks for the feedback!  This was the first time for this kind of event, so we wanted to make sure everyone felt like they got what they wanted out of it.  As for the WP7 HOL, the intention was for that component to be a more independent endeavor modeled after our WP7 Launch events, because developers have usually been at different stages of experience with the dev tools.  Perhaps in the future we can adjust the format.

Standing up wasn't so bad, because I had fun using the mic (maybe a little excessively).

Thanks for attending.  Hope to see you at the Underground!
