Wow, an OPML browser and wishlist

The guys who developed opmlmanager.com, Bernard Flach and Peter Overbleeke have now released World Outlined Web (WOW!) OPML broswer. Nice job!

Note: hey, mum & dad – you can check out my Christmas OPML wishlist in your browser right now (in case you’re tuning in 😉

Other note: you need Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 to run Wow OPML browser (mum, don’t worry about this, just use the link above).

Other, other note: Peter developed the Wow OPML browser using Visual Studio Express (free for a year).

What is OPML? More of my OPML posts.

  1. Hey – nice choices on the wishlist! I read FAB: The Coming Revolution on Your Desktop a while back, and I must admit I wasn’t that impressed – I love the idea of having a 3D printer on your desktop, and all the benefits and problems that could lead to(piracy of real life objects?). But the book doesn’t really cover that stuff – still mildly interesting, though. Let me know what you think of it.

By the way: does Santa accept OPML lists these days?

  2. Show me your wishlist and i’ll tell you who you are 😉

I started reading ‘The Great War for Civilisation’ (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1400041511/102-4414256-3436111?v=glance&n=283155&s=books&v=glance) by Robert Fisk yesterday, and i think i can recommend it.

  3. This is the first of a two part podcast Skype chat with Joshua Porter and I (part 1: .mp3, 43mb, 45mins)….
