I found this on the project site of a TV documentary currently in production about Doug Engelbart's life and work, 'Invisible Revolution'. The video section has some great material including Engelbart's 1968 demo:

'A standing ovation concluded this "mother of all demos," the first public demonstration of the computer mouse, of hypermedia, and of on-screen video teleconferencing'.
